This gathering of the chosen few will commence on Friday, May 28th, 2021 at 6:45PM EDT and stream virtually here on this site for all to witness.
Within the puffy gates of the Cloud Metropolis, an overgrown garden of 34 Celestial Roses illuminates the venue of Cloud 35 with a dazzling mix of colors reminiscent of the roses’ birth lands, now thought to be dead. For the denizens of the Cloud Metropolis, a deep melancholy hangs over this magical place, serving as a reminder of a past long gone. At the garden’s center sits a vacant patch of fertile cloud intended for a Cloud Seed. It is said that this Cloud Seed is destined to sprout into the 35th Celestial Rose.
Overlooking Cloud 35 sits The Hippogriff’s Castle, an enigmatic structure that somehow defies gravity and rests gently in a puffy nimbus grove. From the castle’s south tower, The Hippogriff impatiently keeps watch of the city gates in anticipation of the destined rose holders to arrive. Their coming will dispel the melancholy that hangs over Cloud 35 and usher in a new era.
To gain entrance into this event, all of our guests must each carry with them a Celestial Rose. Our rose holders will then be randomly summoned one-by-one to choose their two-emoji Yat in front of our host and panel of friends. With only 176 two-emoji Yats to ever exist in Generation Zero, our invitees’ hearts will pound as they grapple with a decision so impactful it could change their fates forever...

On Friday, May 28th at 6:45 PM EDT, The Hippogriff (Naveen and fluffypony) will attempt a hand-stand to kick off Cloud 35. Have you seen a pony-eagle hybrid ever perform a hand-stand? Neither have we. They may also make a few special announcements...
At 7:00 PM EDT, the gates to Cloud 35 will open. Each of our rose holders will be randomly summoned one-by-one in front of our host and panel to create the most wonderful, iconic two-emoji Yats to ever exist. Hearts will be pumping as the 1-minute timer ticks down during the decision making process. If our participants can not decide before time runs out, they leave their Yat’s fate to our esteemed panel.
During the event, each guest will be presented with their very own one-of-one, visualization of their Celestial Rose. The entire event will be live streamed right here on this website and is free for all to watch. More information is available in the FAQ below.

To participate in the selection process for a two-emoji Yat during Cloud 35, you must be in possession of a Celestial Rose before the event. We connected directly with our top Yat collectors and offered them a unique opportunity to acquire a Celestial Rose. If you wish to inquire about the availability of a Celestial Rose, please submit your inquiry here. Please note that we will only respond to serious inquiries.
Only 35 Celestial Roses will ever exist – 24 are destined for our most prolific Yat collectors. 10 will remain in the garden of the Cloud Metropolis under the tender love and care of the Hippogriff. Our special 35th Celestial Rose will be won by one of the 3,500 Cloud Seed holders.

The 35th Celestial Rose will be revealed on Tuesday, May 25th when the 3,500 Cloud Seeds are sent to their holders. Cloud Seed holders will receive a single email (regardless of how many Cloud Seeds they hold) with a link that will reveal the Yat’s contained within their Cloud Seeds as well as the 35th Celestial Rose, if they are the single lucky recipient.
The recipient of the 35th Celestial Rose will be contacted directly and will be announced officially shortly before the event begins.

Yes! Each Celestial Rose holder may choose any two-emoji Yat that is not already taken (see the list here). This includes repeating two-emoji Yats and there is no Rhythm Score limit.
You will receive your Yat(s) directly in your Yat dashboard within 48 hours of the event’s end.
Yes, you may purchase up to 50 Cloud Seeds per order, and there is no order limit.
Cloud Seeds will only be available for purchase until 11:59p EDT on a Monday, May 24th.
Yes, Cloud Seeds may be purchased with BTC, ETH, or USDC. All major credit cards are also accepted.
No, Cloud Seeds cannot be kept sealed and cannot be transferred before Cloud 35. In the future you will be able to mint your unsealed Cloud Seed keepsakes as NFTs, taking full custody to manage and transfer them as you wish. Please note that your Cloud Seed will not appear in your Yat dashboard until a future system update.
Each Cloud Seed owner will receive an email on Tuesday, May 25th, three days before the Cloud 35 event.
The email will include a link to view the Yats contained within your Cloud Seeds as well as information on whether or not you are the recipient of the 35th Celestial Rose.
The Yat(s) contained in your Cloud Seed(s) will be available in your Yat dashboard at the same time the email is sent.
Our mission is for Yats to become the best and most expressive censorship resistant, self-directed, self sovereign identity system ever. Yats have 2 unique scoring elements that make them special: We call them Generation and Rhythm Score.
A Yat’s Generation is an indication of the time period in which the Yat was created. The first generation is called Generation Zero. Generation Zero Yats will forever be known as the first Yats to ever exist. The start date and time for Generation One has not yet been determined, but it can happen at any time.
The Rhythm Score of a Yat is a number between 1 and 100 that is algorithmically determined by three key factors: length, popularity, and pattern. The higher the Rhythm Score, the more rare a Yat is, and the more in demand it may be. For example, based on the current Yat emoji set, there are less than 450 Yats in existence with a Rhythm Score of 100.
